Megan called me to walk me through the process. She made the check-in process easy. I moved in on the day the hurricane came through so there was a leak in my unit. She was able to switch it over fast and with no hassle.

This was my first time using public storage ever. I didn't know how to work the latch to shed. Lady in office was busy with a guy ahead of me. A different male employee saw I was waiting and went to my shed with me and showed me how to open & close it and lock it. I forget his name but very friendly and helpful guy.

Great customer service and very tidy property. Upon exiting the property, renters must enter their gate code, which is located on the passenger side of the vehicle. All in all, this seems a bit unsafe if you are in your vehicle alone, as you must stop your vehicle and place it in park, then exit the vehicle and walk around to the gate code panel on the passenger side of the vehicle and enter your security code. Once accepted, you'll dash back around to the driver side (where you likely left the driver door open and the engine running) to quickly exit the property before the gate closes. No deal breaker, if you always take a 2nd person with you to the property, but it is a little unusual.

The workers were friendly, quick, and informative. My biggest issue is that they raise your rate after 2 or 3 months when you're told it won't happen for at least 6 months.

Great staff at this location. Made me feel like my personal belongings will be safe. The Property Manager had excellent customer service. I arrive 3 mins before closing and they were still able to help me out. Life Savers!

Luv the website, probably one of the best I have used. Searching locations, available units, sizes, and prices was really simple; partly the reason I chose Public Storage. If you want your customer to find what they need, make it simple...and Public Storage sure did! Super easy to reserve online too. Just remember rates displayed do not include insurance. Locks are a little pricey..but, not a deal breaker. When I arrived at the location Debra was friendly, fast, and efficient.

Some facilities building with Air controlled condition can become smell mildew or rodent senses entire building. You need some better cleaning or air control entire building

My experience at the Brandon location was a very good one ! The young lady took the time to answer all my questions, gave me a property tour and was very helpful in suggesting packing material !!

The people we encountered at Public Storage were helpful beyond what one would expect. When the first location did not have a climate controlled unit, the manager immediately phoned another location to find us the unit we needed. She should be recognized for service above and beyond.

The units weren't bad but they gave one price on the phone and required another price when you arrived. Which is unethical and dishonest.
