I am very pleased with the service provided, the cleanliness of the facility and the safety of the property.

We were taken care of when we reserved a unit, we were placed on 2nd floor, an a customer service rep, called an moved us to first floor because elevators were not working.No extra cost..Which shows that they also care about our storage needs. Accessible, carts were greatly appreciated.

Julie & Nick are very experienced and provided easy to understand storage unit location directions and unit accessibility to my movers. The facility itself is safe and clean - weﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re very happy that we chose to store our things here.

The whole experience was good. If you try to do everything online you are committed to buying their $17 lock and their insurance. If you go into their office you are immediately hit in the face with the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. The lady at at the counter is very nice and helpful. The facility is nice and easy to navigate, with a good freight elevator.

This storage place is a very clean business with air conditioned interior storage. A very secure area with an outer gate and security cameras. The customer service is friendly and helpful. The moving truck was a perfect end to my final move into my unit. Thank you Cube Smart for all your help and friendly atmosphere.

This place is awesome, the customer service is top notch, the rent is cheap and the facility is clean. Overall one of the best experiences I've had at a storage facility, it was quick and easy and this location has a truck you can rent for FAR cheaper than any uhaul to move in or out with.

CubeSmart was great! Customer service was excellent, property was nice and clean, they even gave me a bottle of water when I left. Overall, a great experience.

Had to walk 100 yards to get to 2nd floor unit. Hidden insurance fee is mandatory. Bait and switch. Customer service was adequate. Company truck advertises free use for customers, which is false.

Currently paying $248 for a remarkably clean air-conditioned 10x20 unit. Great customer service from the staff, but the price is definitely too expensive for a long term solution.

Storing our things in a clean, safe environment gives us a peace of mind. The staff is very nice and professional.

The only things I find that are not great are: the location of the key pad for the gate is too far up and I am afraid I am going to hit the post and lack of lighting in the actual units.
