As soon as I made the reservation they were calling me to chat about it. I was able to prepay for 6 months to lock in a great rate. Lauren, Corey and Francine are fantastic at the site. Sure is clean and secure. I advise anybody to pick storage that has an office on site. ?

The man who helped us was great! He provided us with different option and didn't try to upsell us - he focused on what we needed. We got a great deal and the process was extremely easy. Definitely recommend!

Good storage facility and easy access to

Due to unforeseen circumstances I was not able to move into another facility and though this was not a true no contact situation I was able to move into another same day with this facility and staff was extremely helpful in my concerns.

The gentleman that helped me was incredibly patient and solution orientated. He stayed even beyond closing time to make sure that everything was in place accurately.

Customer service is a 10 and the facility is very clean and secure

I have just recently started storing there. The customer service was amazing. My daughter wanted to hang out with the office guy all day and he was very kind to her. They all here very welcoming and the initial rental process was a breeze.

Great location and easy to use. No offense to the guys running the office but I had to laugh at one of them because he joked about the lock I was going to use. After I saw the actual unit, I felt my lock was as safe and secure as the hasp or latch it was attached to.

The staff were friendly and really helpful. Everything about the place seems wonderful. I have rented at a few facilities over the years and this one is on top.

firs visit, sign said 'open'but the little clock promised 'back at 2pm'. ten days later, at 10am, clock reported 'on grounds, back soon'. who can use storage that is not covered during all open hours?what if one wanted to drop stuff off and catch a plane?
