Most everything pleased me, but of course there is usually some annoyance. When I chose life storage online, it stated free truck rental and 25 miles free with purchase of storage rental... well after the 19.99 insurance charge and the one gallon of gas for every 10 miles..it sure didn't feel free. I'm not saying it wasn't still worth it..but, please be upfront with people before they choose life storage. Financially, it would of been nice to know up front that the "free truck" was actually gonna cost me about$30

Frank the manager was extremely helpful, I was able to get a storage reserve a truck from the storage free with cost of insurance , they were all very friendly accommodating. The place was impeccable and clean, the units are easily accessible and high ceilings allowed me to get a lot more than I thought in there.
