All was perfect except the Bluetooth gate opener in the app is broken so I have to type in the code every time. But otherwise great

Not only is this facility safe and clean, but their customer service is unparalleled!!! Jen at the front desk was an absolute God send to my family. After being displaced by Helene, we needed a unit and she made the entire process stress free and easy. Not only was she very knowledgeable about all things storage, she showed true empathy for our situation and I could not have had a better experience. Thank you Jen!

After a long journey to our destination, we arrived at Life Storage unit. We called support a few times and received excellent assistance. Great service.

The manager George was very friendly and helpful...I rented a 5x10 unit at the same price at my old facility I had a 5x5 unit..and that includes the insurance which is a flat rate..at the old facility it goes by the value of what u are storing...very happy with them

Reasonable rates and friendly staff. Really like being able to access my storage from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm. Most other places close at 10:00.

Dana runs this location flawlessly! He works above and beyond the call of duty. I was in a pickle and I was misguided by another facility/corporate. He not only followed up with me, but went out of his way to help me with my issue!!! I am super thankful for what he has done for me. He truly cares about his customers and I will be using his facility and his facility only whenever in need. Thank you Dana for all of your help!

Liked the fact that you could fill out a majority of paper work on line saving you time and more important money. Facility is nice and maintained well. Easy access to my storage unit and I liked the fact that has 8 ft ceiling unlike many i looked at that were only 5 ft. for smaller unit. This was important to me because it allows me to store items vertically *such as my Christmas tree box which is 6 ft tall and I could stand up in corner taking up much less space.Two thing that are a little negative but did not make me go else where (Not sure if all the storage facilities follow the same practices)but you have to provide your own insurance or purchases theirs and it was higher than anticipated for such a small unit and for my unit needed a special lock which I purchased from them. Access is not 24 hrs a day which is fine for me because I am not storing anything which I would need in the middle of night so not worth the extra money it would cost for the same size unit at a 24 hr facility.

I haven't been there long enough to make a real judgment call, but everything seems satisfactory. I did notice first thing that the insulation from the ceiling of my storage unit was hanging down pretty low, but that was not really concerning to me.

Service was easy efficiently done storage unit was exactly what I needed for my things great experience.

Second time using this place always clean easy access to the unit safe and secure.

The store manager, Laidy seemed to go out of her way to make my store unit acquisition a smooth and positive experience. She was friendly, humorous and very helpful in answering all of my questions. I would highly recommend SelfStorage, especially considering the service provided by the Store Manager.

The staff were very helpful, professional, competent, and caring. Made what was for me a difficult move from a distance quite simple.

My 10x10 unit was clean and move-in ready. Grounds were well kept and security was good. Only thing that would have made it better was no interior lighting in the unit. Price was okay (found others cheaper) but overall, the longer hours of access (up to 11pm daily) was worth it.
