Everything from booking the unit to dealing with the facility itself to access was easy and everything went to plan.

Everyone was very helpful especially when I needed to upgrade to a larger space at the last minute. Brandi and her Supervisor expedited the process. Also Elizabeth assisted me when I was on site the first time to show me the lock set up and when the gate had issues when I left.

Manager requires you to buy their locks, their insurance, and said I could not use my own unless it is in a rental insurance or homeowners insurance policy. Lock has to be cylindrical and from them. Unit does not measure as big as advertised.
