They called me and had me signed up into a unit in under 15 minutes after I made my reservation. Paid over the phone, they gave me a gate code and all I had to do was bring my own lock and send a picture of my drivers license. No hustle at all.

I rented from this storage space before and came back to it after the hurricanes while I'm in a transitional time. The wearhouse may not be posh and fancy, but it is safe, secure, and climate controlled, plus the price is the best in the area. There is a gate coming into the property that needs a code, and the warehouse is secured by a locked coded door, too. It is a large warehouse with units separated by chainlink fence so we can secure our belongings safely. There is no elevator, and I got units on the second floor both time because they are cheaper, but a 3x8x8 unit at $200 for 6 months is exactly what I need. The regular price is $45 for my unit size on the second floor, but I got discounted rates both times and stomaching hundreds of dollars to store things doesn't feel good for anyone so the price is perfect for me. It may not be what everyone is looking for, but I'd definitely recommend it for a friend!

this place is scamming people there are no walls it is chain link fences made into squares ..looking like jails...and you can see everyone's stuff and on their webpages they show a normal storage facility and not the case it is 2 big metal buildings like for a garage in your back yard and inside are rectangle shaped chain link fences linked together and they gave me 2 spots and one already had someone elses belongings locked in there...so this should be null void of contract ...one it nothing like advertised and expensive for what it is and two it take over 20 times to get someone on the phone and it is so loud and they get confused of what you are asking and location...I have black mold in our house and from the last storm and need to move my belongings and now a hurricane is coming and I need to really get my valuables out in a secure place and this is not it...along with having cancer and other auto immune diseases this is unacceptable...they are making a ton of money on what?? I still have not been refunded or even contacted back...i have pictures and video for proof
