Great price for a place to leave my car while away for a while.

I hope the elevator gets fixed soon.

Space is big .. pretty clean did see some dead bugs but saw pest prevention too.

They always raise your rate no matter what you do no concern at all for Americans We as people should take down these Corperate giants. They are all the same money hung th blood suckers with fake contacts

Great price, I got the 1$ special for the month. Friendly and helpful staff.( the gentleman assisted me eventho I interrupted his lunch) I used my own lock and was promptly reimbursed for paying for the storage lock.I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you

Staff was friendly and unit was what we were looking for. Have to drive a little further but the price is way better than St Pete area

Even though they are doing repairs, this facility is really clean and nice. The units are secure and easy to get to. The elevator works great and there's a hold door open button. But the icing is the customer service. I was really surprised at how awesome the service was and Cecelia deserves a retirement bonus! I'm very glad i chose this location.

While I found the process of renting the storage unit fairly easy, I found numerous policies ridiculous. The storage unit I actually ended up at was about 1,000 feet from the original one I went to. She was unable to offer the same price. Same company, 1,000 or so feet from the other facility and the manger could not offer the same price. Also, the unit I have, it's not in very good shape. The door is almost impossible to roll up. I am going to have to take some WD-40 there to try to get it to raise easier. I do not like the fact that you have to enter a code to leave. It should be automatic to open, you are in there already, why have to enter the code to leave. I know of no other type of facility that requires that. Seems ridiculous to me.

This is the 3rd review you've asked me for since Saturday when I reserved my unit. One review is enough. I've written 2. This one is number 3...I'm no longer in the mood.

Excellent facilities and convenient operating and access hours. Fairly good rental price. It would have been better if the minimum insurance policy of $11/month would have been known in advance.

The agent that helped me was extremely informative, polite, friendly, and curtious...I was very impressed.

Public storage was very kind and accommodating. They allowed us to reserve two units in case we needed the space. When we only need one, they did not charge us any fee. Any inquiries I made were answered in a timely and professional manner. I spoke with Nora on numerous occaisions and she was always delightful !

Have used this place before in the past, always friendly and courteous and the prices are fair for what you get as far as space is concerned.

Tammy and Derrick are always friendly and helpful. It's sad to hear what has happened but even though our stuff didn't burn, Nick called us yesterday to let us know our property was safe. Great customer service even after a tragedy.

Friendly service! Climate controlled units available at incredible rates. Security is clearly a top concern with motion sensing cameras that cover every corner of the property. An attendant is on site 24/7. I had to upgrade to a bigger unit a couple of days ago and I have to say, the service here is still spectacular. Tammy is an absolute joy to work with. She made sure I understood all the changes to my contract, ensured I was satisfied with the new unit, and has such a pleasant personality that I honestly look forward to doing business with her. I am glad this Public Storage was the one I went with, she really makes a difference.

She was prompt in reaching out to me after I reserved online, and helped me feel even more comfortable on the initial tour by discussing safety features. Because of the wonderful service I received from Nora, I'd recommend Public Storage over all others.
