Easy to reserve, easy to pay,

They close at 9pm every night at which time you will have to say goodbye to your stuff until the next morning. It really sucks to pay all this money and not even be able to get to my things when I need to. If I go there after work I am in a mad rush to find what what I need and get out before the gate locks me in. When I stored at Publ8c Storage on Ulmerton Rd and I was at the gate at 9pm to leave, I was locked in and they made me call the fire department to be let out and was chewed out by a cop so I fear being on the wrong side of the gate at closing time here too. I am also being charged more than the price I was quoted, no response from customer service when I messaged about the rate error. No staff on property at this location.

Trying to get to speak with a live person is difficult. When I did finally speak with the ladies @ 66th location and went in person they were delightful. Unfortunately, when we opened #153 @ 16079 US Hwy 19, we found the ceiling had deteriorated with moisture and mold and pieces of it were falling into our belongings. When I tried to speak with someone about it today just to report it, she told me that she couldn't discuss it with me because it was not my name in the unit, however, when I tried to explain, this unit is for a business and that person is no longer employed with us, she told me she couldn't speak with me, that I would have to get that person to call them. The ladies @ 66th saw my email was the same and I showed them my card with Executive Director on it, they allowed me to make the switch and sent an email to me showing the closing of that unit. Again, I tried to explain that to the lady I spoke with this afternoon, she said we can go round and round about this, but I can't talk with you about it. Horrible customer service.

Had to settle for a smaller unit for almost the same cost.

Everything was handled great except the person from customer service gave me the wrong price for the special that was going on. It was ok as i had the money to pay the extra amount. Everything else was fantastic including the price per month-which I was told the correct amount about the monthly cost.

So far excellent. Only been there one time and lady was very helpful and pleasant. Got the size unit we wanted and a decent price

The price was reasonable and we were drawn in by the low introductory rate but we don't think we'll stay. There was a lot of confusion with the computer sywere being down. We spent an entire morning trying to get a unit. The manager was sweet, apologetic and was doing this to the best with what she has. That is an old run down facility with a fresh coat of paint . Doors were warped and twisted and outside doors would not close completely. I don't trust the climate controls. As it gets warmer, I can't see how they will control humidity. Ou in its walls were busted had holes in it and missing drywall. This place needs serious rehab at all levels

The representative on site the day I stopped by her name is Rosa was courteous and thoughtful and she really made every effort to make sure that all questions and issues were addressed on that first day.

I am a 27 year veteran, 100% disabled and Rosa is the most friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful individual, as far as customer service I have came across in the last 2 years since my medical retirement. She went above and beyond to help me and get everything organized. The properties are extremely well kept, clean and organized. The best part of this storage facility is the customer service Rosa provides. Rosa should be commended for her outstanding service. Extremely impressed. Rosa was incredibly sweet and helpful as well as efficient and knowledgeable. When showing me the unit she had reserved for me, the door rolled up too far and we had troubles pulling the door back down. Rosa got on her golf cart, retrieved a large metal tool, and quickly fixed the catch on the door so it could be closed and secured. She is very resourceful and knows how to get things done!!! She assured me that rounds are made several times a day to check locks. When i arrived to the facility Saturday afternoon with a low cell phone battery, the gentleman in the office allowed me to leave my phone in the office to charge which made me feel valued as a customer. I highly recommend this location.

One of the best storage facilities I have ever used. The staff is so helpful that there is not a star level to rate that high. They are proactive on all levels of customer service. Helping me avoid late fees. Helping me with best unit for my stuff. Helping me with online setup of my account. The list goes on. I highly recommend this site bc they look after you and your belongings to utmost levels.

Staff was great but I would have preferred 24 hour access

The attendant was very nice and courteous but it took about a half hour to process paperwork (sign, sign, sign here, etc.) and finally get back to my unit to start storing my stuff during my move

When we called public storage we were surprised at how we received a call from the property manager introducing herself. She kept me updated if anything changed. Not to mention she went above and beyond to help us out. Thanks Donna at the Tri-City Public Storage YOU ROCK!

I checked on a few companies before going to public storage and they had the best offer on prices for what I was looking for in the way of storage units. the storage unit where I am at is very neat and clean. I have no complaints and the personal are very helpful and friendly.

Very happy with the friendly people who run this facility and prices are good.
