There was an alcoholic vagrant at the site twice. The second time I noticed him, I contacted Public Storage by telephone and suggested they review their video camera feed and act quickly. Got a call back three hours later asking what I had called about. Clueless. Storage is nice and clean, but security is suspect.

Dawn at the Walsingham location is professional , helpful and accommodating . Our first experience at using a storage facility was a pleasant one ! Not only were the units air conditioned, they were broom swept clean and well lit . Have recommended to others .

We went into the store one day and saw the units and the lady at the counter was very knowledgeable and friendly. We left and talked about it as we went back home (out of town). We decided we liked it and as we were taking a trailer full of stuff down I went on line and reserved it. It was very easy to do. I have hd a wonderful experience with all of it

We easily booked our storage unit online and when we went into the store to pay everything was straight forward and we didn't get any excuses and weren't told that the $1 for the first month didn't apply because of this or that. This is an excellent facility, clean, managed well, and convenient. The staff was very helpful, especially Angela, She helped me move in just after a hurricane (when others would have said no). And she called me as a courtesy two weeks after move in to make sure everything was OK.

So far I have found my experience with PS to be excellent. My 1st visit to the Ulmerton facility did not meet my needs; the employee quickly researched and found the best option available for my needs in the area. Angela at the Walsingham facility was professional and friendly (almost like it's her own business). While we didn't originally think we needed air conditioning, we have VERY much appreciated it during loading/unloading and knowing my stuff is in a temperature controlled environment. Additional carts would be helpful.

I was looking for a facility that could hold my belongings in safe keeping for a period of time. I met with Angela, the property manager who answered all my questions. Not only just answering my questions but made helpful suggestions that saved me time and most importantly money. Her knowledge of her facility and of the products she offered was most impressive. I feel this is a company and manager that can be trusted for their service to the customer. I recommend Public storage and especially Angela the go to place and person to seek out. I trust them with my most important belongings and you should too.

Made my reservation online. Got a call immediately from the site manager inviting me to come in and tour the facility. Easy in and out. Carts available to move goods from vehicle to storage closet. Boxes and storage supplies available for sale on site. So far, totally satisfied.
