Suits my needs for storage of my canoe

The units look like dog kennels just chain link fence dog kennels also the lock they gave us wasnt even the right size so we're couldn't even lock our storage up

Everything was handled online and very, very easy and uncomplicated. The only thing I would have liked to have an actual person to Show or advise that there is a hole in the wall of the unit as well as the light in the unit does not work

David was great and consistent. Keeps the trouble makers away and clean premises. Two complaints. Past homeless have caused no bathroom access after 4. Price increase was ridiculous from corporate. No dumpster access. 825 a month and no garbage access or bathroom little much. Rented here off and on for years because the staff is great. Security A plus cameras actually monitor not like others fake cameras lol. Thanks dave

Easy account set up and move in. I don't think the access code needs to be 10 digits long..that's a little excessive.

Very small and in a dark corner farthest from the elevator. We cancelled and we're still charged the Admiration fee for WHAT?

Friendly representative. Was able to rent unit I needed on same day. Walked me through all that I needed and was very helpful. Cheerful too. Only complaint is I think buildings are too close together. Very close to drive my SUV through when turning around.

When I had a payment issue with a unit in Charleston, I went to this location for help with processing my payment and signing a rental agreement. Ria was working and couldn't have been more helpful or kind. I was thankful she was able to take care of an issue that I had been working on for a week!

Everything went great

The manager was very friendly and professional. She took us to our unit so we could see it right away. Our unit was clean and the few people who drive by to their units while we were there were all friendly as well.

Publox Storage was the right place for me. Low cost storage, convenient location, Amanda, the woman who signed me up and showed me around, gave excellent customer service and was very friendly, like I'd known her forever. I've been there for a week, and it's all good!!

Nothing more to share at this time. I haven't had enough time to give an opinion for a fair evaluation. Other than I'd really like 24hr access.

Pros: Excellent service from all the people at Public Storage. Best price I could find for an enclosed storage unit.. Cons: Exit gate a little fast in closing after you have entered you code. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a storage unit..

Normally, moving is a hassle but this location for storing your stuff for a couple months is fantastic....it's clean, very well organized and Steve is great. His advise and help, made our move a lot easier. To who ever reads this, I can highly recommend this company and especially this location.

Steve at Public Storage is awesome! I went there to get a unit during some tough circumstances, and he made the experience so much better than I would have ever expected. He's a wonderful guy and a bit of a counselor if you need that too... lol. I would recommend Steve and this facility to anyone!

We were looking for a 10 X 20 storage space for long term use after downsizing into a townhouse and moving things from a storage unit about 30 miles away to one more convenient. Public Storage had the best rates in the area. The web site is easy to use, and we made our registration and completed details on line to facilitate moving in. Manager on site was friendly, courteous and professional. The unit is clean, and gate security is excellent - much better than the unit we have had the past several years.

First time I used Public Storage facilities and must say the experience was A-one - from my initial phone contact to visiting site. The on site manager, Angela, was very knowledgeable and quite helpful with my requirements. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.
