NO PROBLEMS, AT THIS TIME, UNIT WAS CLEAN,

As a first time renter, I could not find my unit number 2408, someone eventually showed up and we ended up moving myself into another unit because they couldn't even find that number. I probably spent two hours on my first visit driving around and looking for 2408 which did not exist. No signs anywhere directing a first time user on how to find their unit. I did not enjoy that experience at all. Make it make sense especially for first time users showing up.

Love that its climate controlled and clean. Competitive rates. Everything was explained well when signing the paperwork. Renting was quick and simple.

You can get an indoor unit climate controlled with my more space for the same price as a outdoor unit with half the headroom. I am so glad we found this facility

Everyone has been very professional and nice to work with. The facility is very clean and taken care of. It has been a pleasure working with staff. Prices are a little high than other storage facilities.

The best variety of storage spaces available in Clearwater, Fl. Clean, climate controlled and convenient describe this storage facility. Finding the right size for my varied items was quick here. They emailed me within 2 days with the size I needed. Easy to find off US 19 and I get back on within a minutes ride. Security is top notch and service personnel friendly and efficient.

The lady I spoke to was very knowledgeable and wasted no time getting my paperwork finished and showed me the space. She was amazing. Very friendly and courteous but very fast.

I secured a unit here before they ever should have opened. Nothing worked, the roof in the office lobby was leaking, the computer system wasn't even up and the construction outside was still in full swing. I cancelled my reservation before ever moving in and they didn't give me ANY money back, after paying for like 1 or 2 months in advance? The manager was very nice and accommodating for the madness that she was put in charge of, but I shouldn't have to pay for this an hope that management comes to their senses if they don't want me to go further to tell people what went down at this location while I was there.

Facility is clean and cool - and on-site manager, Helen, is AWESOME!!!

They are currently remodeling the facility and mid-construction isn't pretty, but don't let appearances sway you. The customer service was great, the location is convenient, the perfect size unit we needed was available, and best of all it was cheaper than anywhere else.

After looking in line I found this storage facility offering reasonable pricing not like so many others. I reserved on line and when I went to sign the papers the staff were great. Showed me the unit and processed the paperwork quickly and I was on my way.
