We are very pleased with the cleanliness, security and management of this storage facility. It is located in a convenient location with good parking and access hours. It would be great to get a small discount when you sign up for autopay.

If I could love a storage facility, I would say I love this one!

Very clean facility, Janell in the Palm Harbor location is fabulous. Make sure the pricing is correct. I had a few issues, but Janell definitely took care of me :-) the staff for the most part is very friendly some just need some training as I had a few issues but itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s all good as things were always corrected.

Just not what I expected. Very confusing when billing. Customer service @ facility was very helpful. No complaints.

Very good, safe, clean location but very expensive. I was given a VERY far away 3rd floor unit that was nice to have 50% off for what turned out to only be one month and then it was raised to over $300 a month to store things because I was molded out of a rental and cannot find another one.

The staff was wonderful and answered all our questions and concerns to our satisfaction. They were responsive to our needs and found the cheapest way to manage my storage needs. Plus they were FAST!! I was in and out within 20 minutes and you can't get much faster than that!!

Very happy with the storage space. Staff is friendly & helpful. Space is always clean & secure. When it was suggested we take a unit on 2nd floor at back of facility, we were hesitant, but with dolly carts supplied it has not been an issue at all & saved us some money which is always helpful.

The unit I chose has the best access I have ever seen. The facility is brand new and dazzling. Brianna answered all of my questions while offering information.
