StorQuest is very lucky to have Nick working for StorQuest! I was waiting at the door at 8:45am; they open at 9:00am (I had limited time with the helper). He unlocked the door, and was immediately faced with my situation. (I needed a bigger unit that day). He handled the situation with grace, and went above and beyond to help me. This place has the best prices for exactly what youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re looking for. I came to this location to reserve my unit right before close which was bad on my end, but the front desk lady assisted me so well even though I was causing her overtime. She even upgraded my unit per my request same day as well! 10/10

Reserved online then was called to s schedule a time to complete the paperwork and move in. Went perfectly. She let me move my stuff in while she finished the paperwork. Back to the office to finish and pay. Could not have gone any better.

The ladies there were great, professional, and understanding. Also catered to my needs but followed protocol. Which is good when they managing all your stuff there :) prices are great, the only things I had issues with is parking my trailer pulling in off busy highway and one of the rooms has a huge crack in it leading to the back wall. Over all cosmetics inside could use some renovation. But for the price its worth it I guess. Also the referral company was very friendly just a little misinformed on a few important things to know. I asked if my mother had to be there to put our storage on her credit card, he said no but they said differently, and a few other things but over all friendly, fast easy and price worthy. Thanks guys.

I moved here from NJ and U Stor N Lock was my first stop. After a 21 hour drive I just wanted to unload my truck and get to the hotel for some much needed sleep. The people at U Stor N Lock were as friendly and courteous as could be. They had me signed in and on my way within a matter of minutes. I originally had contacted them through Spare Foot which qualified me for a 50% discount on the first month. U Stor N Lock gave me an even bigger discount! I was real happy about that! Linda was extremely efficient at completing the paperwork timely even though we requested a second unit at the last moment. Her assistant (we cannot remember his name) helped direct our 26' truck to the proper area and even provided us with bottled water. The units are very clean and spacious - we ended up getting two 10x15 units and Linda was able to assign them rather close together. The construction on US19 is a little hectic, but if we can get a 26 footer in there then anyone can. We HIGHLY recommend this location for all your storage needs. A couple suggestions: add a public restroom in the area of the units and trash cans.

They lost my reservation and had to redo the paperwork. Wasn't very clear on the size and price online. But the lady showed me the units to help clear up the confusion so went well.

Well nothing is really secured. The night I was moving in it took the gate to long to close, behind the previous 2 vehicles that tail gate. The day I went in to rent a unit I'm not sure what her was, but I explained that I had but so much time I was running late for work. She went over the contract with me, along with complaining about the call center. I do not think you should bad month an entity of the company in front of a customer. I understand you need to vent every once in a while, but save it for after work. The price I found were amazing compared to other storage companies. and then you get the $20.00 rebate. With the construction on US 19 I wish it was in a better location.

The only reason I wouldn't recommend it is due to all the construction taking place on US 19 in front of the location that makes it difficult to get in and out.

I rented a 5x5 unit recently, and found the experience was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. They walked me through all the steps, answered my questions, and gave me a tour of the lot. The value is good even though I wasn't expecting a mandatory insurance policy.

I moved into Cleawater on the 3rd and was on a time crunch to get things stored so I could return the truck. I found this deal on Saprefoot. John was so nice, friendly, and helpful. He made the experience one of the best. Which was great since I was tired from driving all day. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

I thinks its a good deal and is centrally located right off of US19. The light in my unit didn't work. I changed the bulb and nothing. I guess I should tell the staff.
