Had a bit of issue at first but got it resolved and happy with inside unit

The move in online was very easy! The unit was clean and ready with the lock. Only one complaint was when I reserved it the unit was 128.00 and I was told it would stay that rate for 3-4 months but when I did the move in online the price was 135.00? Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m not working at this moment so money is very important!

My husband and I came super close to closing time (thanks google!). We apologized to Karen, the receptionist. She went above and beyond to make sure we could see the unit and get our paperwork in order before the 6pm closing time. Definitely will recommend this facility to anyone in the area who needs to store their items.

The whole experience was so pleasant. Odette was fantastic. A beautiful soul. After having toured other storage facilities the day before, my husband and I knew immediately we wanted to do business here. Not only was the price right, but the facility was well maintained, the climate controlled areas were actually climate controlled and not humid or stuffy, hallways are very well lit, floors are clean and customer service is great (thank you Odette!). Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s customary for prices to increase after a while but hope itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s not too soon because weﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d feel like itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a bait-and-switch. Weﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d still prefer this location as long as the prices donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get too crazy.

I reserved my storage and needed to change the move in date as the movers were not coming on the scheduled day. Karen was very helpful and even advised on what unit to get to save me money so the movers wonﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have to charge for a long haul. She was very patient and explained all the terms of the month to month contract. When i got to the storage facility I waited about 5 mins for Karen to attend to me because she was cleaning the surrounding storage units which I was happy to see. I did not mind waiting for her because to me this showed they care about the cleanliness of the facility. Reservation, checkout and move in was easy and efficient! Thank you Karen.

This facility has the friendliest staff ever. I retired from the Army after 20years. Me and my wife moved our family here to start a new life. Us not knowing anyone in the area. Ms Karren at the front office was absolutely helpful giving us information about the area. Her facility is the cleanest and best looking Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve ever seen and used in all my years in the army using storage facilities.

I was looking around and found this place. I am relocating to Claremont from South Florida. Space. Very friendly staff, affordable and letﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s not forget to mention it has climate control unit itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s very clean and beautiful coma and I was able to get my first month for free. Easy access I cannot ask for anything more. Thank you!
