Ashley was very professional, informative and personable. While showing me the unit my reason for wanting a climate control unit came up. She informed me that I had rented a non climate control and rented me a larger size that was. The size I wanted had no climate control. As it happened I needed the larger size.

Very friendly customer service. Open on Sunday which is very convenient for me. The subfloor of the storage unit is wood and has a lot of screws sticking up out of it. Don't slide your furniture across the floor. Major complaint is theirs two levels of height on the thresholds from the parking lot to inside the storage unit. Makes it very hard to get things in and out specially heavy items. Other than that everything else was fine
