Joyce at reception was super friendly and helpful. The facility was nice and secure and certainty has much better doors than any of the small mom & pop outfits I have used in the past.

Your storage place is clean, sturdy (held up in hurricanes) and secure! I have enjoyed most of the employees over the years. Can't imagine storing anywhere else.

The manager on site was extremely helpful. He made sure I was able to get a unit close to the elevator. I was very happy with the service I received. It was easy and effortless to rent a unit.

Very clean inside the storage. Easy access in and out for quick visits. The staff is wonderful as well. Very knowledgeable about what they have ASAP.

On my 2nd rental here. Only issue is they don't appreciate return customers with a discount. Otherwise good, safe place to store goods.

I have been using the micro storage here for years. It is so perfect for what I need. I just need a small space to keep my stuff while I travel. I am only in Florida 3 months out of the year and this is great for keeping my stuff safe. They provide carts so I can get my things off an upper floor and the air conditioning and climate control make it comfortable to get my things. They have cameras so I know my things are safe. I love it.

I was enroute to a different storage facility, when I saw the signs for $1 first month, and stopped in. Although, I was a bit disappointed at the misleading nature of the signs, I did decide to rent a unit here. Will, was awesome, and went above and beyond great customer service.

The customer service was excellent. I have no complaint with that. My problem is that Public Storage advertises on a very large sign in front of the building that there is only a $1.00 charge for the first month but that is only on certain units. There is also an ad online of $15. off "selected" units. Of course, mine was not a selected unit. The charge was quoted on the phone as $60. plus a one time administrative fee of $22. but they do not mention that you have to also purchase insurance when you get there and that charge is monthly. I do not like this way of doing business, hiding charges until you are already invested in securing a unit. I got the unit because there weren't many others in my community but I have a bad taste in my mouth.

I am certain that the things I have in storage are safe and secure. The lot is close by providing convenient access to my locker.
