As usual when I'm in need of storage I'll call Public Storage and they'll do everything they can to accommodate my needs. I've been using Public Storage for many years and I want to thank Miss Vicky in your Rockledge Location for being such a very stellar employee. Always give excellent service with a smile. Thank you Miss Vicki for being there in time of need I appreciate you. Many kudos

Good location for me, outstanding service, but high price.

Public storage is a good clean secure facility to store your goods. And the staff is excellent. BUT I had a storage room and my rent was raised to the point of unaffordability. I am a disabled veteran. So my income is limited. And public storage do not offer any kind of discounts for service members alike. I also notice that this particular facility was installing new AC units on the buildings. So I feel this was the reason for my rental increase. Vicki did an excellent job in getting me and outside space. But I feel if public storage offer discounts to Veterans. You might get more stable tenants with an affordable price.

Great phoine support for reservation. Then rental and paperwork experience at the site was very professional and polite.

Used this Public Storage for over a year, it's the best! I say that mainly because of Ms. Vicki that runs the place.... that lady helped my family and I out tremendously to ensure our storage experience was user friendly and out items were safe. Vicki's customer service skills are unparalleled! She went above and beyond under difficult circumstances to find me a larger storage unit from the one that I had just rented when I underestimated the amount of "stuff" to be stored. The storage unit was secure, clean and just right size wise. The Staff was friendly and efficient.

I have had very little expirience dealing with public storage at this point, but the services received so far has been excellent.

The never mentioned until time to sign extra charges is really b.s.. The setup charge, wow?

Price was right with the $1 for first month

It is ok but I have never in my life saw anything so expensive your monthly payment is outrageous
