I've been using a walker recently because of my balance. Randi helped me get in and out of the office like a gentleman and helped me onto the golf cart. He simplified everything for me. There was a girl that had reserved my spot, I guess before Randi came on and she was so sweet. She sent me directions and made sure they had my name down for coming in that late afternoon.

Hassle free move in, friendly staff, my only complaint is the storage agreement has you waive pretty much all your rights away including holding the facility responsible for negligence while requiring insurance. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m not really storing anything of real value to me so the discounted rate was well worth the trade off.

The check in was very smooth, I just had a problem accessing the unit was quickly resolved. The only thing is nobody answered the phone when I called, even during business hours.
