Everything went very smoothly

Spent all day a total of 6 hours on the phone with over five agents. The first agent for one hour he was great but all down hill from there. Asked for 24hr access was told manager would contact within one hour. It was an hour and half till closing I called the whole time and never heard from a manager. Took money from me in a split second lied with no problem. I made it clear I had paid a mover, was in a domestic violence situation, was coming in from several hours away out of town and needed access to a unit. Then refundebd me money next morning with out my consent to turn around and charge me the times the amount and had to wait a week for refund not to mention paid another couple hundred to my mover. Is I knew this I would've been better off going some where else between the head ache and going broke not worth it.

Manager got me in a unit efficiently & was very helpful. Excellent price & good access hours!

friendly staff easy move in experience

I chose this location because it was one of the cheapest monthly rates for a climate controlled unit. The unit I received was in a building, but the door was constantly propped open due to flooding. The first 3 units in the building had flood water exposure after a typical Florida rain storm. This also caused the temperature in the unit to be close to the outside temperature. The staff also talked to me like I was stupid. I advised upon coming to inspect the unit for the first time that I had not rented a storage unit prior to this. The staff failed to explain anything to me, and talked down on me when I asked questions about locks, location, etc. I will never rent from this company again.

The online reservation went well and I do suggest. Due to trying to work the moving around schedules, I ended up reserving 3 different units. The first I received my online confirmation and needed to end up canceling. The second, the day of I didn't receive confirmation so o ended up reserving at the Cocoa Storage King location. This place offers express checkout! While in the middle of checking out the grounds keeper Randy was nice enough to call and state that in order to hold in the online rate I would need to pay him the admin fee of $29.00. I'm glad Randy called because the 2 reservations before hand didn't inform me of anything other than what was stated off the website. Another good thing about this place is you can provide your own renters Insurance you will not have to purchase theirs at a minimum of an additional 12. To the monthly rate. As far as how renting here is, I'll be back to update.

I finally got my stuff moved in and then noticed the florescent light over the door was hangng down where one end had pulled out of the sheetroock ceiling. I went to the front office and notified the guy there of the light. A big woman said No pets are allowed. I was there with my small, well behaved on leash dog, as I have been for all my other move in trips... The big woman said "Check section 9 of your contract..., It's in the contract." I said I wasn't going to be storing the dog and she only visiting. She said no pets allowed because some owners don't clean up behind their pets. I said I do and showed her the poop bag dispenser on her leash... No pets, she repeated. So, I guess I'll be moving again!

The unit I got is perfect. The lady who was working was very patient with me. I am not computer savvy.

great place to do business. Would definitely recommend them. Agent was very professional!

The facility was very clean the young man behind the counter and very friendly and knowledgeable took me to see the unit before I rented it to make sure it was big enough would recommend your storage units to anybody.
