the prices are crazy as well as the contactless process, it's always good to see the face of another human being things like these show that everything can easily be replaced with Ai technology, scary.

Excellent and prompt service. Price was just right and I am very happyto have found this storage near my house.

So far I am very pleased; However it'd be nice to have a dumpster, or a garbage cans for trash accessible. I had to take dirty paper towels back home to throw away after wiping down a few items in my storage unit. *There is not one garbage can on any of the three floors in the building or even located outside. There is one on-site dumpster that is chained and locked with a sign posted "NO DUMPING" obviously that is for your use and not your customers. *Also it would be nice to have the sliding glass entry doors working properly. To have boxes in your hand, then having to put them down to put both of your hands on the glass to push/ pry it open till it slides on it's own is very inconvenient and a little difficult. *The doors should open with a code, or the sensor fixed so it opens when you approach. The trolley/ cart... there is only one for all three floors- there is enough room in that stall area for at least four... to have to wait/ hope that the one cart comes back before you give up and drag box after box up to your unit is a little stressful. ?? So here it goes...Awesome sauce!!! This is no exaggeration, first time impression with the staff at this location was filled with such welcoming attitude. I am already super stressed?? about moving and packing and for the little time I was there I was relaxed and because they take the time to engage with you and show sincere concern. I really just needed a moment too lol. BUT the point here folks I'd recommend this place to everyone. I've had plenty of crappy experience at these other storage places, for legit reasons????. When you need to store you want the best for your buck right??... Plus side-- my unit was 1/2 the price (online) and its more space (when I checked in @ location). & the unit and storage place is CLEAN, enough said! The set up was easy and hassle free. Only issue was that the account representative didn't ask about our renter/home owners insurance. I would have thought this to be a normal practice. Other than that we are satisfied.
