Guys in office were great! Offered us water and we're very friendly

Had the unit size we needed to store our things as we were moving.

The guy on the phone was very kind. BUT did not mention mandatory insurance needed at checkout. When told a price, That's what it should be!

Customer service was great clean units and great pricing

Got two units for our stuff and then had to add a third. Chris was attentive and worked on several things at once for me while I checked in. Things are good so far!

Office was helpful unit clean just what I expected

The first gate didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t work so we went to second gate. The code they gave me didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t work. We call the number listed and she gave my grandson another code. That one didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t work either. She gave him another code that didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t work. We sit there approx 45 min until another person came and her code worked. There was no one in the office until 10. We needed to get the uhaul back by ten. That was very upsetting. I forgot to ask my grandson if uhaul charged us for another day.

Very nice service. With all the problems around with COVID and economy it was nice to have a good experience with getting my storage unit.
