Staff was friendly but a bit slow on the day I checked (training a new employee) ... but it went pretty smoothly. The insurance requirement didn't surprise me, as it seems to be an industry standard - and perfectly ok with me. However, they didn't offer many choices as far as coverage limits & premiums. Overall, I got what I was looking for - convenient location, air conditioning, good security, and fair pricing.
