Been 3 days so far great! Reserved and paid online, was met at the facility and shown around, everything is good!

Processing took a little longer than what was advised. Friendly staff, clean environment however my unit space had a rusted hole in the inside wall area and was concerned about climate control since it was an outside unit.

I was pleased with the cleanliness of entire facility. Ed made the the whole experience from reservation to signing the contract very thorough and pleasant. I will highly recommend.

I reserved a space online, but had to change it to the next day last minute- it was no problem for CubeSmart. Tamara was very patient, understanding and helpful over the phone. She was also very kind and made sure everything went as smoothly as possible! As far as the facilities, they were clean and well-lit. I felt very safe in the environment and have had no trouble accessing my unit.

I had an AMAZING Experience with the two employees that made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in the door..... in Orange City, Fl. The first day was so stressful for me & my family, but Donna made me feel like she had been my friend for years!! Such a wonderful feeling being new to the area & so far from home! The second time I was greeted by another person that was great help also. She was friendly & so helpful to encourage me to check out a possible place for employment! I have nothing but nice things to say about my experience with Cube Smart!

Customer service is nice but not helpful. I recently just moved my storage from this facility over to a bigger nicer facility after storing here for months. I needed a bigger unit, Tough! They dont price match (40 bucks more than competitors) I pay a month in advance. Tough! no refunds on paid in advance. (a full month and a couple days) I'll never rent from here again. They care more about your money than your satisfaction.

Checked online for various storage facilities, based on your ad, was the cheapest, for the size. Easy paperwork, clean, agent friendly, and very helpful.
