Except for that sticking pull latch it's fine.

Everything was excellent; especially the prices.

I did everything online overnight and was able to sign paperwork and everything. Next day all I had to do was check in with the virtual assistant at the office and get my access and gate codes confirmed and was quickly off to load up my storage unit. Painless reservation and rental. 24hr access. Customer service was amazing!

I found it to be really convenient that are virtual assistants on site to assist with questions and helping me move in.

Clean grounds and unit. Setting up by phone very convenient. Looked at other facilities and this one was the best price for the unit size.

the storage was easy to find. The AI was a little different for me and I like the courteousness of the customer service.

AC does not work and floor was dirty when we moved in

Unit was not swept out. A/C not working in that part of building.

I am in a/c building that has no a/c on our end of building. Not happy about that.

Mudguard is a great storage place. The best one I have found in Deland! Great responsive manager!

The storage unit said I had a 30 day note it was 60 days and charged me for 60 days it was the worst experience and a pain to deal with the people at the storage unit and the store manager did a bad job also the manager said he was gonna fix my problem but they did worse than they said and charged me 1 extra month for no reason I will never EVER recommend this to anyone

This is our second storage unit here. We are really happy with the facility. It is clean and well maintained. The service is good and the staff is very pleasant and helpful.

After 4 years we went to move out at end of Jan 23,was told we Had to pay another month,forced,after the take over by Alliance who kept raising the rent Every ? 3 ? months! They refused to refund the 207.00 for the Xtra month they Forced us to Stay! My Items were Damaged by Rats!.Priceless irreplaceable Family Items which Insurance will only cover 500.00..compared to 1000's in damages! Alligator Skulls were Chewed through so that bad the Fake eyes and teeth rolled onto the ground as I heard my Grandaddaughters scream,just slightly louder than my own! Dont rent here unless ur items are All STAINLESS STEEL AND YOU DONT MIND RENT INCREASES EVERY OTHER MONTH..OH and be prepared to move out When they Allow you to!

Very easy to rent. Questions answered. Painless Yes they are the cheapest in town but I still think it is a ridiculous price for a small 5x5 storage. As long as we keep paying it they will keep raising the prices.

It is a nice clean climate controlled unit. It was my first time in a facility like this so I have nothing to compare it with but compared to others it seemed to be priced well and was very clean. Looked new despite its 14 year old age. It was quick and painless and customer service was terrific. It was a bit dirty (but not bad) so they swept it out for me before we moved in...unprompted by me. Hours of access are absolutely great...7am-10pm. Unless you pay more for 24 access. But I don't need that.

This place is great. They have remodeled it and it is very nice with a great helpful staff. Easy to get to, just off the Hwy. and plenty of parking.
