A serious inconvenience which is not your fault is road work on 441. Access coming and going right now is real and possibly a hazardous condition.

Location is a little hard to get into. But otherwise very clean very orderly staff very friendly.

I canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t remember the womanﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s name who took care of me but she was new. Amazing customer service! Although she has to call her managers and they didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t respond rapidly causing a great delay in my access of the storage unit because she was not aware of the door code. Wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t her fault. I was definitely kind to her. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m sure it was stressful not getting a response while she was doing her best to provide great customer service. She needs recognition for that!

Kim was very nice, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Had a minor difficulty with her computer system but renting the unit went very smoothly.

Amanda in the office was very sweet and helpful, the process was simple and she had someone show me how to enter the codes and walk me to the unit. The facility is clean and safe.

This was my first time renting a storage unit and the staff made it very easy! Amanda was so helpful and nice. She had another manager personally show me the two keypads and how to use them. He gave me a handy cart to transfer my items.
