Fast paperwork and very curtious attendent.

Staff was very knowledgeable, explained everything very clearly. Last she went out to check the unit before I moved in and did a last minute cleaning.

Weﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve only had the unit since Friday. Jennifer was phenomenal getting us set up and into our unit. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll repost a review after weﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve use the facilities a while.

Customer service is amazing very friendly answers all questions and a very clean place I loved the security and although I didn't store much it was all my belongings and it made me feel safe knowing of the gates.

This is the 2nd time I have rented space here. Both times the management has been outstanding. Their special for new rentals is a huge plus. The only thing that kept me from giving five stars is that the general unit don't include electric. I have rented elsewhere where I could plug a fan or light in for when I am sorting things. But overall very convenient to my home and very secure!

everything went well I started on the internet then came in the day I put things in the locker and signed and away I went. Very nice people to deal with.

From the time I made the reservation to the time I was unloading I received excellent customer service. Carolyn and the staff were so helpful. And you couldn't beat the price!

The two ladies who run this office are two of the sweetest people. Always pleasant, smiling and helpful.

After a negative experience with a different storage facility, I made reservation with Out O' Space Storage. I received a phone call within 2 minutes from Carol. She was terrific!! She assured me that they were already holding a unit in my name (as opposed to the other company telling me to call on the day I was leaving to see what was available). She was upbeat and courteous and asked me if there was anything else that I needed information on in the area. I can't tell you what a relief it was to speak with someone that could reassure me that my storage unit would be waiting for me after a 2 day drive!! I feel confident that my rental experience will be a positive with this company.

Carol made us feel very relaxed easy to move in to take the time to make sure that we knew how to run the gate you already know it was and talk to us through the paperwork
