???????????????????? (10/10) Absolutely amazing experience! SmartStop Self Storage in Leesburg deserves more than 5 stars. The facility is super clean, safe, and easy to access. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything you need. The whole process—from renting the unit to moving in—was quick and stress-free. You can tell they really care about their customers and take pride in keeping everything well maintained. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing storage. Definitely a 10+ rating!

I have not received any copies of a lease agreement or anything else about ongoing Payment! I raised concern that the rear gate was open all the time I was parking and tending to my truck ,which was near that gate! Betty tried to explain but another woman there was quite short in her answer and dismissive of my concerns.I left after she asked me rudely if there was anything else! Not a lesson in good public relations! I left and returned by the rear road some time later and the gate was closed! I was rightfully concerned given every customer renting at the facility is paying for security! 404 617 8364

I reserved a space on Sparefoot, but the facility had a different rate. They did, however, honor the online reservation rate and were very friendly. So there seems to be communications disconnect between the online booking and the independent facilities, but it was all good in the end; I would recommend.

I picked this place to park my vehicle for a couple months due to the price and location. I was quoted a price online and reserved my spot. When I went in the woman in the office had difficulty finding my reservation and when she finally did it was for more money. I was assured that with the discounts that she was going to apply that it would be the same. However, after the “discounts” I’m still being charged $10 more a month than quoted. It took almost an hour to go through the whole process of renting my spot. The woman in the office was really struggling through each step. I don’t know whether she was new and not properly trained or what. After spending almost an hour there, when I was told the price I considered leaving and shopping around some more, but I’d already invested so much time into it that I gave up and agreed to pay more. So, be warned, leave a lot of time to get through the rental process / paperwork and know that when you get to the end of that process they may try to charge you more than you were originally quoted.
