I checked out the pricing within 5 miles of my home and A Storage was the most competitive. Especially for this indoor climate controlled storage. But pricing is not everything. The A facility is well maintained. It has two large elevators for reaching upper floors. As well as two large handcarts for easy transport of items in or out of storage. The loading area is large to accommodate multiple users at once. I liked the location which is in a monitored quiet commercial area away from the highway. It is secured with a locked entrance, pay attention to operating hours. On-site office. Very friendly representative Maria checked me in. Your First months rent will include a one time $25 registration/administrative fee and one time $19.95 for a special heavy duty cylinder lock that cannot be hacked. You are required to take the mandatory monthly insurance coverage premium of $12 that is added onto each month's rental fee, plus Florida 7% tax on all. To avoid missing any monthly renewal fees, Maria signed me up for the AUTO pay option. They really rate an A!

Having to store items following a move to a smaller home storage was certainly a necessity. This storage offered a great promotional price with each interaction Ive had with employees as courteous, timely, and helpful. I would definitely reccomend. The only reason for not leaving a 5 star is the loading area can get packed and filled with vehicles as there are only about 5-6 parking spaces and a one lane road in front. This can make it difficult to load/unload in peak hours but otherwise it has been a great service.
