First we had a hard time finding it because it was behind the shopping center on the complete opposite side did call customer service and they guided me how to get there thank you.

The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and provide efficient service. All good although I would have liked them to have more accessible hours for those of us who work.

Customer Service is Great! Whenever I travel back and forth randomly OR call to make payments I receive so much help and respect from Staff; especially from a beautiful smiling young woman Kia;who is always ending her goodbyes with encouragements. When I'm there all customers honors her kindness. The place is very clean including restrooms. The accessories they sale are affordable, if not, Stores are close bye in front at the Mall. Hand Truck Dolly are there to use. I faithfully recommend them.

When I arrived, there were homeless people sleeping in the hallway and cockroaches. Kind of worried about my things being an indated by cockroaches. I understand times of tough, but people are renting out facilities and sleeping in them while you're open.

Everything was great except the unit I was assigned already belonged to someone and the new unit I was given had trash in it the customer service agent advised she would sweep it out never did only issue
