Cube smart was really good with communicating right from the start. I was able to complete everything online and all the stuff I needed for the storage unit was in a little welcome bag right in the unit. They had access to carts, which made moving my things in super easy. Employee in the office was also very pleasant and helpful!

Overall great, would be nice to have it be 24/7 and maybe as it expands more have the option for a haul truck driver to come by, as a new college student I personally cant drive yet and Im sure theres more people so having that as a service would probably be profitable for moving stuff easier to the storage unit when you cant drive
