After being overcharged and then blind sided with rate increases and poor customer service at Public Storage, I did some research and moved to Life Storage. Jasmine was at the front desk and I felt like I was talking to a friend. The facility is clean and very affordable! Highly recommend!

The only thing I do not like is that the unit that I got needs a cylinder lock to secure it. I do not like that it is the only type of lock that I can use on the unit and I was forced to buy it from you and I will never use it for anything else. It is not practical and I think its unethical to force your customers to have buy a specific type of lock to secure their unit. With no price options.

Both managers bend over backwards to ensure the best experience in customer service. In my case, there was a miscommunication, about the truck. Al did everything he could to resolve the issue and allow us to move in when we needed to.

Although I waited 15 min for the clerk to end his phone conversation with another customer, I was eventually pleased by my assigned unit, the price and customer service from that point on. If it were not for the initial wait, the rating would be higher
