Plantation Xtra Storage

This was my first time using a self storage facility, and they made it quick and easy to get set up. Would definitely choose this facility again.

The customer service is excellent from you step through the doors. Even before face to face contact , I spoke to Bill n Cori on the phone and they were both very very courteous n helpful in every way.

Great experience from online reservation, completing the paperwork and getting into my unit. Clean, cool, easy access.

Front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful!

This was my 1st time using a storage unit, I must say it was a pleasant experience. The paperwork was done quickly and efficiently with a complete review of what I'm paying for along with terms conditions, etc. I was given a tour to make sure the unit would be satisfactory for my needs. Thank you!

Xtra storage is a very nice place, with friendly service and good facilities for storing my stuff.

Customer service was excellent! Normally I would have searched for something better priced but I had a great experience with them and sometimes money can't buy that.

The guys there were so helpful and friendly. They have tons of carts and such available to make the move easier. I was so stressed out but they kept me calm, and gave me expert advice. I made a really great choice.

I WOULD TELL EVERYONE I KNOW THAT X Space Storage is a clean and safe place to go to and have good security I find out about x space storage by looking on the internet to storage my stuffy I found a lot of storage place but I went with x space storage because I see they care about there customers and they are a clean place and it is in a good neighborhood that is why I pick them I told all my friends and family about x space storage and you can go there any time and you have your own security code to get in I love that I don't have to worry about my stuffy in there and they have good customer service

All went well

My renting experience went pretty good. I was late for the rental but they were kind enough to wait for me. They are in the process of getting their entrance gate repaired.

Process was very easy. Mel was professional and courteous.

Recently moved back to Florida from Virginia and reserved a 10'x10' unit online. Now I chose PXS because I used to be a previous tenant and it's very close to my residence. When I pulled up with the 6'x12' trailer, Bill looked at it and said you don't really need the 10'x10' and showed me the 8'x9' and 8'x8' units instead. Either of the two smaller units would save me at least $20 or more a month. I chose the 8'x9' and saved money. Now that's customer service! Looking out for the customer, that's why I am a repeat customer.

They stayed open late to help me move, in was great help small problem with paper work, told me about the ins. but never put it on my bill had to go back an fix it

I arrived at the facility and was immediately greeted by a friendly and helpful staff. They were accommodating to my needs and took the time to make sure that my experience was smooth and stress free. It was refreshing to find affordability and quality service bundled together. The fact that the company is local and not another huge conglomerate was also a plus!

needed storage back in Dec 12, after going to P.X.S. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Friendly service, helpful, I wanted something bigger, and the manager showed me my unit ($20.00) cheaper per month, and it not only fit in, I still had space left for extra stuff. Nice to know, honesty is still part of the business world. Thanks Guys

Needed to store my classic car, this place was local, and dependable. They gave me 24 hour access, so I could take my car out, and bring it back, when I wanted to. Clean, proffessional, and friendly : )

This was my first time storing, and I had no clue to what to expect, what a surprise, the staff took the time to show me all the units I wanted to see, and put me at ease about security. After answering all my questions and concerns, I was offered the second month free, and the paperwork was done fast.Didn't even have time to finish my coffee they offer you. The peopple are willing to talk to you and listen to you, very friendly.

I've had my storage unit for a little over 3 yrs now. The staff is friendly and professional. The price is right and the building is kept clean. It is by far, the BEST storage location in Broward County!!
