Amazing customer service have a problem to complete the reservation online so I called the store and a woman pick up the phone I’m sorry I don’t remember her name but she was very helpful and very professional and help me to complete the reservations with in few minutes Thank you 🙏

Great service. Only struggled to find a bathroom- Signs to a public restroom would be appreciated!

Clean, safe organized location

I was paying $300 a month at another facility which was dirty and poorly maintained. It's night and day here, it's clean there's carts to help you move your things well lit did I mention clean.

Overall, SelfStorage is a good company to store your goods. The priceless experience was Dolly; she went above and beyond to ensure I was more than satisfied with my rental. I reserved the unit only, and minutes after, she called me to verify and help me walk through the online rental. When I arrived at the storage, she was quick and helpful, even checking with me that the app worked well opening the gate and all the possible details that I needed to learn to make my experience at the facility smooth and easy. This is not my first storage rental, and so far, this has been the best customer experience I have had until now. Thank you, Dolly!!!

The manager on duty was very informative. She took us on a tour of facility and showed us the unit that we were renting then we went back to office and filled out the paperwork. In and out in less than an hour.

Tammy was positively amazing. She informed me about the layout, adjustments made to my lock, how to access the gate and leave the gate. She was a ray of sunshine!

Brand née units with carts to help haul your stuff. Ms. Tammy was super nice and helpful when I arrived from out of state to this location.

Overall I was very pleased with how clean it was and the lady in the office was very nice and she also showed us around the property. The only thing is the difference in price on site and the website is noticeable, it's cheaper in the website.

Extremely disappointing experience. Public storage claims to care about the customers but doesn't even take basic, common sense steps to help us out. First off, for such a huge facility with hundreds of units and the price that we pay for them, they could splurge on a few more dolly carts. There were people unloading a huge truck and hogging 3 of them. I was lucky to even get a hold of one. Second, the blatant ripping off, which is to be expected but annoying nonetheless. They quote you X dollars per month - but then if course at the last minute you NEED to pay $20 for the specific lock that they require (and of course they don't provide an image what kind of lock it is, so you have no idea if you have the "right" one). I had already purchased a lock from a previous storage unit and assumed it would be fine. But of course they have invested in these strange locks so they can rip everyone off and make they pay $20 for something that costs them less than a dollar. Oh and then at the last minute you find out you have to buy insurance too. I did the online sign-up process, and this facility is gigantic, and they don't even bother to tell you WHICH ENTRANCE YOU SHOULD USE - based on the storage unit you have booked. So after unloading my stuff, piling into the elevator, and then realizing my unit# was not on the floor, I had to go all the way back down etc. Common sense. And then when I got to my unit, I struggled to open it and had to call the manager. Karen was lovely and helpful. But how much effort would it be to provide a little picture/diagram TO TELL PEOPLE HOW TO OPEN THE DOOR. It was jammed really tight and it wasn't even easy for Karen to open it. I will never use Public Storage ever again. What a rip off.

Very good place for renting storage

you have two entrances, it be easy to find an unit if entrance where number as 1 & 2 . it will make easier to park at the near entrance to the unit. Your attendant was helpful but she never smile, flat affect. A “good morning sr” is always helpful.

I used the online reservation, payment, and contract feature. It was very easy to do! The facility is very clean. There were flat bed dollies for use free of charge in the lobbies that made it so much easier to move my things in. My locker was just as described, with a plastic security lock and my purchased lock and contract inside my unit. The only difficulty I had was finding my locker as the numbers on the map were too small for my old eyes to read and I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have my glasses on me. Once I found it though, everything was smooth! Price wise, this was the most reasonable storage facility in the area. I would recommend it!

I reserved a storage unit and it was not climate control and saw this location near my job. They were very professional and called me to confirm my appointment and accommodated me with all my concerns and questions. I love the hands on way through manager, Tammy called to welcome me for selecting the location. The working attendant was also very helpful and pleasant. They adhere to the social distancing guidelines. Glad this location and price worked out.

Excellent place, super clean, friendly staff, amazing management. The only issue I found is the fact that you can't communicate with anyone after 9pm which is when they close in case of any issues or emergencies. Other than that, I'll recommend this storage facility 100%.

I called for prices of units and was explained everything in detail. When i arrived at the facility Karen was very helpful and courteous. She also explained everything in detail and also showed me the units actual size. In short, the process was easy and stress free.

Had to do a last minute move-in before the hurricane. We were lucky to find a couple still available. The employees are very friendly and helpful and we were able to get most of the important items put away before we were hit. I would absolutely recommend this location.

So clean and close to our house. The manager Tammy is outstanding. Always there to help if you need anything. She is an important part of Public Storage. Super customer service.

Public storage is so clean and convenient. Ask for Tammy she's amazing. Always friendly and very knowledgeable. If you need storage this is the place to go. Customer service is a 10. We moved out last month after a year plus. I can't say enough about the place or Tammy. She goes above and beyond customer service. She really cares about the clients and their needs. If you are looking to rent go see Tammy.

Great service from Tammy the Property Manager. I stayed at this facility for almost a year while my house was being built. I would recommend it to anyone! Side Note: If you live or have spent any significant time in South Florida you should know that good service is hard to come by... and Tammy makes it happen!

So far my experience has been great. Tammy is very nice and she keeps the facility clean organized and easy to use.

Recently I had a daughter move back home for a while . Now like any young woman she had a ton of stuff which was moving in with her , so we went to Public Storage to store some of the least needed items . This place is amazingly clean , the manager was a very sweet , helpful woman . We rented the unit as soon as we saw it and moved her things in later that day . Its lit up , easy to access the unit , and over all a very safe place to keep items . We are pleased we signed up with Public Storage as it solved our storage problems .
