Great storage facility, easy to access and clean . Only issue is we needed help and wanted to buy a lock and nobody was able to assist, the desk was empty. Other than that, I would recommend this storage facility.

Pros: Pricing and process were fair and customer service above average. Courtesy to customer has been truly exceptional. Access hours are great. Motion detector lighting. Clean, functioning bathrooms. Cons: Our room has half-door to room size. Musty odor. Floors lack sealer finishing. No ramping. No motion detection for gate when exiting. (Have to get out of car and enter code to leave.)

I had two units here, one for a year. It got rats for a short period of time and they ate up some of my furniture. The insurance they make you buy covers it, but the max is $250. My damage was several pieces and the sofa alone cost me $550. Find a storage place that has indoor types if you can afford it. Who knows if the unit next to you attracted rats or the whole place has them. But they addresed it. The manager Sara is a really nice person and was very helpful. She hooked me up with a second unit short term for when I transitioned from the apt to the new house. My review would be worse if it wasn't for her. Great service. All nice people there.
