It was quick and easy to rent a storage. Reasonable price for a month to month rent. Very clean and accessible.

The on-site manager was wonderful. I'm not happy with the rat traps I see in the stairwells. Nasty unclean area in the stairwells. I don't feel very safe entering the building, Its dark and uncomfortable. And if I was to be attacked, how would anyone know. Where are the cameras?

Easy to reserve and register on line. Saved time when we completed the paper work in the office. The lock check works great! Got in a hurry to leave the other night and didn't secure the lock properly. Received a call to follow day to notify us of this and stopped by to secure.

I like the location, the cleaniness of the storage and the bathrooms too, the attention recived from the manager, the storage space and air conditioning, the lights near the elevators, the carts availability near each elevator, and their size too, etc. In few words I am happy with the storage I rented!!!

We had a great experience. Renting was fast and easy and our space fits our needs perfectly. Getting in and out couldn't be easier. Overall, this really works for us.

Your management team worked with us when we were getting established. The property management team is very helpful. The ability to change space requirements at short notice is a definite advantage, as is the ability to easily rent space in other cities and states. The facility is very well maintained and appealing to the eye.

Michael was very helpful in everything that needed to be addressed in renting a space at this facility. He was very willing to accommodate the error by another employee to my satisfaction. I was only going to rent a space temporarily, however I have decided given the level of service that I would extend my rental on a more permanent basis.

When Mike gave us the tour of this facility, I could see all the advantages of moving in. You are completely protected from the elements when moving, it's airconditioned, they have carts for you to use which is immensely helpful. Received great service from Robert. The facility is great. Never got wet on rainy days with the roof over head. All storage faciities should be set up like this location.

Mike was amazing. I wasn't able to get there until after 5:30PM. They closed at 6:00PM. Mike never made me feel rushed he took his time and explained everything. He took me to the unit I had reserved to make sure it was what I wanted. Mike walked through all the paperwork and made sure I understood each item. He then made some suggestions as to what I might want to purchase to make my move more effecient. It was a all around great experience. I was in on Saturday and Mark helped me and was just as nice. I reviewed other storage sites and decided on this because of the excellent reviews. MGR Mike greeted me and explained the entire process and assisted me in deciding what was best for my situation. Asst MGR Mark was also very helpful. Mike showed me the different size AC units and that was great. It's been a great experience, customer service and love the drive thru building.
