When I visited Public Storage in Davie on South University drive, Rita was so friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. The facility is very clean too, much better than extra space storage to me (who I used prior). I highly recommend this location, and Rita.

I have rented here personally twice and have other family members who rent here as well. The staff has always been friendly, helpful, and informative. This last time Kimberly was very helpful with renting my unit and even told me about a door I never knew about that shortens the walking distance to my unit by alot. The inside use to be much cooler about 72 degrees when I looked at thermostat back then now it's between 75 and 80 but way better than the outside units. I like cooler since sometimes I like to go through my things at the unit and hate to be dripping with sweat inside. I always feel safe. The one thing that needs to be taken better care of is the bathroom it's always in terrible conditions no paper and dirty with lots of trash. Maybe a bigger trash can and a larger paper holder would be a good idea. Shoot leave cleaning supplies and I would before I used it.

I can't remember ever writing a review but I thought this one was warranted. First of all the facility is absolutely great but what I'm mostly impressed by are the employees, specifically Katie and Thiago. I had an unfortunate incident and their help and compassion totally exceeded my expectation. Katie and Thiago my hat goes off to the both of you. Thanks !!

Today was my first time at public storage and I was pleasantly surprised at how kind the staff was. Thiago was extremely helpful and took his time to answer all my questions. He was very patient and addressed all my concerns. Although this was my first time renting storage, I did find the price to be higher that I expected; but considering the service and the options provided at the storage I believe its well worth it. They offer climate control storage and you have accessibly options because there were numerous units; both outdoor and indoor as well as up stairs and down stairs. They also have crates available to use free of charge. They do require you to get insurance on your unit ( $11). Overall I was pleased was my experience and would highly recommend this location.

The service was nothing but superb, clean and a very pleasant experience. It was just the welcome I need during my transition into my new place of residence!

This property is great, the facility is always clean the property manager has great customer service skills, she is always available to answer my questions. I recommend this to all my friends
