Public Storage - Davie - 8150 W State Road 84

Got to facility and was trying to get some into new unit I secured online. It was 11am and the door was locked. No staff on site. Called number on door for over an hour with no response. Had to call corporate customer service line who wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t much help either. After 2 hours and almost missing my flight, I finally figured things out myself. There were also multiple other customers waiting and having the same experience.

Tabitha at the Public Storage Location in Davie Florida is really amazing! She was extremely helpful and informative, and got me set up with all the bells and whistles in a conveniently located unit that lined up with all my needs. This was especially excellent since I came from another Public Storage location where the experience was far less pleasant. Thank you, Tabitha! You really made that entire experience go from a nightmare to a walk in the park.

You need two shifts to give us more access time to our units. Also MULTIPLE UNIT DISCOUNTS. 3 Units totaling almost $600 Really? Do think we have money trees in our backyard? However, LINDA IS THE BOMB! I've been dealing with her for about a year. SHE SHOULD RECEIVE EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR!!!!

This is probably the best PS around and I have units in 2 other locations. Linda is incredibly helpful and can answer any questions or concerns without skipping a beat. She is a true asset to this location.

I went to the original site where I had made reservations. And the space she offered was more than what I needed. So she was very kind and looked up another location near the vacinity. and it was perfect. Both locations and staff members were are outstanding.. Thanks for asking?

I never had to worry about damage or theft the past couple years. Just the piece of mind alone made my rental pleasurable and comforting. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly... Pricing was on the high side.... understandably..... Thanx for all your help Linda

Great place !! Very clean and well kept. The unit was great for all of our belongings and the time frame which we needed it worked out perfectly. The staff is AMAZING !! Linda is such a sweet woman who is so incredibly helpful and ensures your stay with Public Storage is a pleasant one !!! Will definitely go back there next time we need a place to store our stuff

Linda, was wonderful! She was very helpful from the beginning until our last day. She helped us select the proper size unit and knew all of the company's promotions, which helped a lot. She always offered helpful suggestions and solutions. The facility was clean and easy to access. Although we have left the area, we will continue to use Public Storage, thanks to our experience with Linda.

Read reviews and got some opinions from friends on Public Storage and I was very happy with my decision. Friendly staff, great price, and great location for me.

I like this storage because is clean, the people are friendly, it looks like a safe place. I like it that it has security cameras and you must buy or bring a good lock. The only problem now is that they only have 2 carts left and it is an inconvenience when there are other cars there. Then we had to wait for at least on to be available to start downloading the truck.
