Public Storage - Ft Lauderdale - 1 NW 57th Street

I make a appointment on site Sunday Oct 2nd at 11:30 AM after waiting an hour nobody came I have to go to another facility to do my business

Good space for good price at this moment

Like the unit , perfect for what I need. The only part I wish they would of talked about when I signed up for the reservation was the $15 a month insurance fee added.

Geneva is the BEST! Professional, friendly, efficient and a pleasure to work with. By far, she provided the best experience I've ever had with Public Storage.

Tosha and Sherry where both professional and very polite in assisting me with my concerns. The process was very smooth and fast which being a person on the go i really appreciate that part. Overall a clean neat and safe location!

So far it has been a hastle free experience. Your employee Sherry was thorough answering all my questions and making sure I had everything thing I needed for storage.

I had a very good experience of public storage both places! The one I went to in Fort Lauderdale on Andrews Avenue was being run by a young lady named Vanessa who was extremely helpful and efficient with my time. Then we went up to your location in pompano off of Copans Road west of powerline and a equally good employee took very good care of us and even stayed late to make sure that we got our unit. Great employees both of them

Made an online reservation and was pleased to deal directly with the property manager upon arrival. Jaime was very nice, showing me a couple of different units and helping me figure out just what size would suit my needs best. Great experience here! Clean facility, too!

Jaime the manager, was very helpful and kind. She puts herself in others shoes. Meaning that if you need help with anything related to the public store. For example if you have late fee because your payment didn't go through and nobody noticed you, she will take control and help you

Jaime, the property manager was extremely helpful with determining our needs for the proper size unit and the boxes and other items to keep our furniture safe. She is very friendly and was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend renting at this property if you need a storage unit in the Fort Lauderdale area.

for the original set up on the phone they got dated mixed up and didnt explain that I had to pay for a full month even though I was moving in at the middle of the month

This location is all that and I'm grateful they are near by. Also, yes money is tight but when I call to say when I will pay. They not the account and say ok!

I had no problems with the Public Storage location that I used for 5 months. The staff were very helpful and friendly as I started with a 10' x 10' unit in the beginning and then downsized to smaller units as time went on. Closing out my account was simple with no hassles. I will definitely use this facility again if I am ever in need of storage in the future.
