Like the unit , perfect for what I need. The only part I wish they would of talked about when I signed up for the reservation was the $15 a month insurance fee added.

I had a very good experience of public storage both places! The one I went to in Fort Lauderdale on Andrews Avenue was being run by a young lady named Vanessa who was extremely helpful and efficient with my time. Then we went up to your location in pompano off of Copans Road west of powerline and a equally good employee took very good care of us and even stayed late to make sure that we got our unit. Great employees both of them

Jaime the manager, was very helpful and kind. She puts herself in others shoes. Meaning that if you need help with anything related to the public store. For example if you have late fee because your payment didn't go through and nobody noticed you, she will take control and help you

She is very friendly and was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend renting at this property if you need a storage unit in the Fort Lauderdale area.

I had no problems with the Public Storage location that I used for 5 months. The staff were very helpful and friendly as I started with a 10' x 10' unit in the beginning and then downsized to smaller units as time went on. Closing out my account was simple with no hassles. I will definitely use this facility again if I am ever in need of storage in the future.
