Public Storage - Ft Lauderdale - 1480 NW 23rd Ave

Nobody in office to resolve problems, only messages on the phone and nobody answering the calls.

It was really easy to get a unit.I got a phone call as soon as I made my reservation.

The place is very close to my house, it is convenient, the unit looks like some repairs was being done on the unit and it was not finish, there are openings at the top from storage to storage, whatever the people have in there space can come over to my side, it is not very comforting, not please will that but everything else was good.

The managers were extremely helpful and kind. However, the unit smelled so strong of mothballs and was pretty beat up looking. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll work for now because I was desperate but Im truly nervous that the smell is going to permeate my things.

Great product, as old as this company is they always deliver in well maintained sites. For my particular location there is a need to install circulation fans. Not AC, circulation fans.

The manager was very knowledgeable and helpful....

1.online said that the first month is $1 and when I sign the contract and pay for it is said that I have to pay my next bill in 2 week. 2. Why we have to pay $19.99 for a lock if we have another lock better then the one you guys sell? The lady said that is required to have that lock Soo you guys have to change the $1 first month to $20.99 plus tax to rent space.

Pretty neet storage unit

Came in looking for a storage unit. Belinda was a jewel, very positive and the epitome of customer service. She went beyond the extra mile to assist us. We left with a great deal and feeling very confident that our choice was a good one. This was a refreshing experience. I would recommend this location.

Reservation gives the customer great flexibility to plan ahead. Paperwork and move-in process are relatively simple. Highly recommend!
