I did everything online! Has to pay an extra $20 for a lock even if I had my own I had to pay the $20 up front for thereﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s. Thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s ok, but I get to the unit and the lock does not fit the unit. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s been days now my stuff is not locked correctly. Due to my work schedule I canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t seem to get anyone in the office. They told me they canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t put a correct lock on to prevent my stuff from getting stolen until I give them the other lock. This is there mistake. Unfortunately it isnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t very easy to just go to this storage with my work schedule and it being 30 min away from me. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s just frustrating is all. Plus the ceiling is coming down and for clinic controlled it feels hot. I also didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t see any carts.

The installations are very clean, the manager is a great advisor with excelent customer service

Great customer service from Troy by keeping rates low for me when I was out of a job, patient with me when I was messing with a project in my storage unit, always here and friendly and helping put when he can. Definitely will use this storage facility next time if I need it.

Price after all the add options was competitive with others in the area. I wish they had better lighting in the units or by the doors on the darker units like my 5 X 15. Reserving online was cheaper than what they offered me when I was inside. Check the place out & then go outside & reserve at the cheaper online price.
