My first experience I had to call the police to exit the premises, it takes a long time for the movers to put the furniture in the unit because it was so small, was as big as the one before and they both suppose to be a 10x10 Safeguard was awesome but it was the distance

I purchased my unit online and was given a inaccessible unit. I went in and was gladly helped by an employee. She had no problem correcting the issue in assigning me a more accessible unit. The help was greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately I had a terrible interaction with the front desk who are not only unable to answer simple questions like give directions of how to find the unit I rented but also making fun of my name and complexion right there in front of me, I will never come back to this place.

I haven't moved my items yet. Hopefully, I have no issues.

So over all it has been a decent experience. Staff was nice. A big problem is the lack of road way for cars to move through. If your loading/unloading and the renter in front of you is, and a semi truck decides to drop off at the renter down the aisle, thereﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a problem. This happened to my my third day in. Also when I saw the unit for the first time, there was paint on the walls. Not intentional, but an accident. I was told that they charged the previous tenant for it. I asked when it would be fixed, they said they werenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t going to fix it, meaning they are just going to pocket the money. Also on the phone the operator quoted me a price for a 15x20 unit and it was a 10x20. They donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have the quoted size. Other than that the are is fairly kept up. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s not horrible, but itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s not great either.

Everything was easy and quick. The only issue was with the key pad at the gate; it needs to be changed. Overall the experience was nice.

I went back and ally help me understanding wat I neeeded to do because Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m moving my things and needed storage I trued another location but I think imma go head and go with this one I had better understanding here then the other location I went to thanks ally for your help see u soon

On my move in date, the facility closed at night, leaving enough time. There was a homeless guy In a wheel chair and all cast roaming the hallways. I also noticed there were limited to no cameras on the inside of the climate control units. Outside of this observation, outstanding experience.

I spent an hour trying to find my unit. I never was told where it was or given a map. Very frustrating experience. Then, I could not use the dolly/Cart to get my stuff to my car because they were two levels of concrete at the entrance. Not only could I not use Cart, there was nowhere to park closely without blocking the main gate entrance. So I had to carry heavy items across the parking lot.

Process was simple and quick. Did everything online the night before I moved in. When I got there the next day I checked in at the office which wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t necessary because they already sent me my gate code and unit number. Wish everything in life was this easy!

On moving day getting locked out and locked in Really ruined the day. Not sure if your front office staff was incompetent or just left to deal with a busy day without the tools she needed. Either way the customer service experience was a nightmare.

Upon arrival, code didn't work. Front office person to busy with a line to address, complaining about being overworked. I had another customer open gate for 15 foot truck. At the unit, code didn't work. I found an employee, she let me in and got me a new code. When I went to leave, the code wouldn't let me OUT!!! Office closed. Had to wait for another customer to let me out. Not enough carts. Get your act together!!

Today Lissette was very helpful, fun & enthusiastic, she was very informative in showcasing the unit. I highly recommend using their storage facility!

Upon looking online for an affordable , safe storage unit we came upon this one. After reading all the reviews and seeing the rating we decided to book and check it out. Well the reviews did not lie. The facility was very safe, very clean and customer service was an added bonus. I had read about Lissette in the reviews and she was every bit as sweet and helpful as everyone had stated. I would highly recommend this storage place based on the security, cleanliness and customer service agent Lissette. She made the process easy and simple!
