Everything seemed fine. But a storage facility closing daily at 6pm (very inconvenient) says only one thing: it is located in a high crime area.

I ran into a major problem with my move from home to storage pending move to condo. Everyone I met at Public Storage was helpful and kind knowing what I was going through. Bernice got me started and when I came back, the manager Anthony came to my rescue when my situation with the move got even worse. They solved the problem and worked with my movers to get me set up again. These folks are tops, and I am so grateful for their help.

Public Storage personnel were friendly and courteous. Got a tour of the unit I reserved but noticed that all my personal items would not fit there. Staff quickly found another location nearby, that did have the same promotion for a bigger unit. I have zero complaints!
