Office manager was very helpful and explained everything.

Anytime I use Public Storage I'm always pleased with the service I received and the space I rent.

This facility provides a World class excellent experience, and a perfect top-notch facility!

The lady who helped me was extremely nice and informative. She knew what she was doing and she did it in a timely manner. Her personality was just very pleasant and actually made my day much better to encounter someone like her. Very great company!

The storage was easily accessible and easy to find. Location was clean. Unfortunately, upon our arrival, my reserved unit had "stuff" inside that needed to be thrown out. My movers and I along with the mgr ended up cleaning out and sweeping the unit clean.

Rita's customer service was amazing and I will continue to be a loyal Public Storage customer!!! One thing though facility really needs a golf cart because had to walk really far to unit in the pouring rain!!! Please get a golf cart!!!!

Impecable and painless experience

I chose to give this location 5 stars. As a fellow business owner I know how important customer reviews are to a business. I've been doing business with this location for a little over a month now my way of giving reviews to a business would be to give myself enough time to experience all the business has to offer with that being said in December of 2016 made online reservation for a storage unit at this facility I was then called right after my booking was arrange to confirm my reservation then I arrived at the location where I meant Eddy who I must say was very knowledgeable and informative about the property and the business he was able to give me a tour and help me better understand the ground rules and regulations of the storage facility which I found very helpful. I have been visiting the location numerous of times and was very amazed and happy to see how the maintenance of this facility is kept. At my initial point of bookingmy unit I arrived not knowing what materials I could have needed to store my valuables, having Eddy with the knowledge of the business assist me and informing me of materials that they do have for sale on the retail display he even helped me get a better understanding of the insurances that they offer. I definitely would recommend this location to family and friends and I give five stars to the services of the employee Eddy and I would also recommend that you give them employee of the month. This is my 30 day review.

Don't understand why my total bill was different then my online quote. I think the temperature in the storage facility is too high. Since the temperature in Florida is around 70 degrees or higher, the temperature inside the facility should be around 60 degrees. There should be daily cleaning inside and outside the facility. On one of my visits, there was a tire and a broken lock inside the facility where my unit is located. Maybe maintenance staff can be added to the team.
