Facility and surroundings are extremely pleasant, clean and comfortable. The attendant was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. The overall experience was fantastic! Kudos all round!

June the property manager, was very polite and professional with the tour of the storage facilities and the unit I picked. It was one of the nicest experiences I've had at a storage location.

While browsing for storage that will be needed this coming month , Cindy & Julian assisted me with all my questions and concerns . Being a first time renter you have a million and one questions to ask and it was answered all in detailed form . I will be back next month to rent from here . Working at a car dealership I know the service that needs to be provided to a customer and she is well beyond excellent . Thank you Cindy & Julian !

I went into get boxes and Cindy Ogren (short with spiky hair) was very helpful. She was not only professional, but very friendly. She was approachable and able to answer all questions I had. I was able to get what I needed and have a friendly person to help me. Good job, Cindy!

Julius always goes the extra mile, looks at all rates, explains everything thoroughly and does what is best for his customers. The units are clean and we ended up only having to pay for 1 months rent! Shirelle is very helpful and friendly, as well. They are both great at customer service.

Everything was great with reserving unit on line to the front office help. Only issue is that it seems the air conditioner was not cold enough. It was very warm inside and I am paying for a climate controlled unit.

Convenient hours to access storage, Love the fact that the carts are always accessible, saves on trips why you're unloading your stuff. If it is raining, you can back up your vehicle to the door.

I reserved online and met with Antoinette later the same day. I'm impressed with her professionalism and great customer service. The building is clean, which is important to me.
