I rent a unit at Public Storage in Tamarac and Lauderhill. I find both facilities had the size I needed for my moving needs. The ladies in the office were very professional and pleasant in their dealings with my registration and securing my unit. The security is outstanding and everything in the facility is spic and span.

Great Staff, very friendly and willing to take time to explain things and show you around. Made the experience almost enjoyable. The only down turn was the space, I wanted a 5x10, but a corner of the space is used by a column or vent, which means is is more like a 5x8 1/2. Yet I am paying for a 5x10.

This is my second time renting a storage unit. Lucy remembered me and quickly pulled up my profile. She took me to the unit and I had kept my lock so we locked the unit. Everything is electronic, no more bulky papers. She was wonderful! I have had no issues with going in and out of the secure area.

Nice place. The only thing I didn't like was I was in the place the day before asking for units 5x5 and the girl told me she didn't have one available. But I remembered I went online and saw units for lease. So I left the place and went online again to buy there. Computer one. Person to person attention zero.

I recently made a few changes to My storage bin, and both people I dealt with were awesome. Kind, caring and interested, making My experience very simple. The only negative that I have, is that there are not enough carts to help get the move completed. I had to wait because there are only a handful of carts and one family had them all.

I had a very pleasant experience getting my unit...i was very much pressed for time and everything was hassle free. I liked very much the $1 for the first month of storage but i think the prices can be a little more competitive...I think $150 is a bit much for a small one bedroom storage unit.
