I had a great overall experience. The storage unit I had is open on the ceiling which allows dusts to get inside. Besides dust everything about this place is perfect for someone transitioning during a move.

I didn't need as much space as I originally thought so I dropped from a regular 5x10 to a 4' 5x10 and was able to find storage a little closer. Doing so also allowed me to save $50 here from other competitors. Great price!

Last minute that I needed a storage unit and it was quick and easy. Dina was tremendous, efficient and answered all my questions with a friendly attitude. The place itself is clean and easy access. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s located in a little dodgy area but as mentioned easy access off Sunrise Blvd.

Value Store It has the lowest price on the unit size that I needed. I am upgrading from a locker size to a 5x5 walk in and they were able to beat the rate at my current self storage location.

Met my storage needs. Only complaint is that you cannot access the carts after office hours...making moving in and out tedious at best.

Found this storage unit online. Easily reserved a space and after visiting unit, upgraded to a larger storage unit. Staff friendly, knowledgeable and pleasant. Rented a truck to move items from apartment to unit on Saturday, Oct. 1, 2016. Only complaint is that truck did not come with a dolly.....had to rent that separate;.

Was good but not very secure people walked in storage part and did not have units there. The gate should lock you in there while unloading to be secure

Why are the carts locked up? That made no sense to me, my move would have been so much shorter if I had more available carts.

Allow 35 min. For paperwork needs to be more steeamlined... And add $10 for insurance, mandatory... Other than that, decent experience... It is storage however, not 5 star dining... Would recommend to friends... J.

Had to rent a unit and reserve a truck. Staff was fast and informative and very friendly. New management has improved this location!

At the rental facility they made me wait over two hours just to see a uhual Rep. no one was there to take care of us, and just when I was leaving someone came, At the storage facility customer Service was good, but the facility was not so secure, dirty and the light sensor would not not on quickly so it was very dangerous to be in a facility like that were darkness occurs .

Overall it was a decent experience. I called ahead to reserve my unit. Once I arrived I was shown the unit that I was to have. We then proceeded to the front desk to fill out the paperwork which took a lot longer than expected. but in their defense the computer wouldn't let them change certain fields that made an issue. Also wasn't expect to have to add on an insurance price to cover the unit. That's usually covered in the overall total whenever I've purchased a storage unit and not a last minute surprise fee.

My experience with them is great the employee's are very nice and helpful I would recommend them to anyone that I know is looking for storage and if I leave and ever need storage agian I would go to them

Hello, I inquired about a unit with this company because the price was affordable, however the young lady who followed up regarding my inquire was not very friendly and tactful. She did not have a friendly tone and didn't even seem to care if I wanted to rent the unit or not!! It was a bit bizzare.

This self storage place seems like they can't bill a customer at the rate that is quoted, agreed, signed, and invoiced. Shortly after moving in and after being promised that "the rates stay the same for at least a year or two" you will receive a letter stating Rent Increase Notice. This letter, only two months after moving in, will let you know that to cover the cost of rising operating costs (ie mismanagement) it is now necessary to increase your rent on your unit. They will bump your rate over 15%. And when you call and talk to the people that signed you up they all the sudden "can't help you" and you can call corporate. They know you'll pay it because it's such a nightmare moving all your crap again. But to add insult to injury they over bill you every month on top of that and never correct it. I've been charged an extra $10 a month for nothing and they can't tell me why. As soon as I have time and a truck I'm getting out of this shady storage center. Do not move your stuff into this business!
