I had ordered a unit online but made a mistake and ordered an outside container! Customer service pointed that out, explained the airconditioned option And I got a month free! Just overal great and kind people! Thank you for your patience !
Never Mind
I was given a tour of the facility. Storage was explained. Opening and locking my unit was demonstrated. Prior to going there I was very apprehensive having not doing this before. I was very grateful for their help.
