Easy to complete paperwork and helpful over the phone

Only concern was I had to call to get gate code. I was told to stop in office on arrival. Nobody was in office. Talked to what appeared to be homeless people living in a storage unit. They stated gate is ever closed. Very concerning!

See above. There was no one on the premises. There is a car taking up half of my space
