Check in took a little longer than anticipated. Loved how the lease was emailed. Facility is large and our unit is not near the elevator. Without the cargo elevators and cargo carts (thank you) would have taken multiple trips. Biggest plus is facilities really is climate controlled which is a big deal in Florida and the building in no way smelled like mildew/mold - which was a big plus. Elevator was dirty but there were people moving a lot of furniture when I checked in. My one complaint in reserving through Sparefoot was indication rental rate would be for a year. Cubesmart indicated no price jump for six months. Still cheaper than the competition and much cleaner.

Storage unit is great but it is inconvenient to get to it. On second floor and only elevator near my unit is for cargo only. Have to send up cargo and run up stairs to retrieve it. Door to elevator is hard to open and close.

Very nice. Helpful, friendly,experienced knowledgeable staff member/manager Gary. $30-80 cheaper than some other facilities i looked at, plus with the 3 month discount from Sparefoot, i saved a lot. I'm very pleased. Thank you CubeSmart and SpareFoot!
